Returns and Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges
within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in as new state,
unsoiled and with tags attached. Postage costs incurred can not be refunded. We can not accept refunds on Custom Orders if you are not happy with your purchase unless it is faulty. Bulk orders and postage discounts ? TOP
Currently the site is set up for postage on each product purchased. If you want to purchase more than one product , please email us and we will see what discount we can provide for you.
Felt sheets do not weigh much but are large, hence the higher freight costs. Felt Ball Mats are heavy and international shipping is pricey.
If shipping seems unreasonable we will refund you the difference. Will you accept wholesale orders? TOP

How long with my purchase take to arrive? TOP
This will of course depend on where you live. Purchases will be sent usually within in 2 days of purchase. An email will confirm when your items will be sent.
Australian orders : approx 4 days.
International Orders : approx 3 weeks depending on destination
Where is the felt made ? TOP
Most of our felt is imported from Nepal. It is 100 % wool felt, azo free dyes and fair trade felt. All felt is handmade by Nepalese women and men.
Most products are handmade or designed by Larry in Australia.
Felt care instructions TOP
100 % wool felt must be washed in cold water. Shrinkage will occur if hot water is used.
We recommend spot cleaning for small stains. Felt ball mats are recommended with a dry clean once a year with regular vacuuming.
